Technologies

Solar brine RO generation

The complete sustainable RO generation which solves the sweet water demand problem without environmental impacts. Recovery Rate up to 90% combination with green energy (solar heat, photovoltaic electricity)

Zero liquid and solid discharge solutions (ZLD + ZSD)

We create a new generation of sustainable technological chain with final scope of succeed no discharge either in waste water treatment plants or in MSW and/or OF treatment plants. So, in the headline way we offer:

  • WWTP -> dewatering sludge -> solar dryer up to 90% DS -> gasification -> syngas products – CHP -> kWtn + kWe -> ZWD
  • MSW -> MBT -> SRF/RDF -> gasification (CHP) -> kWtn + kWe (both green energy) ZSD
  • MSW -> MBT -> SRF/RDF -> green or orange H2 + CO2 capture -> gasification -> kWtn + kWe ZSD
  • LTP (Leachate Treatment Plant) in landfill up to ZLD goal
  • MBR – Ufex – Rox2 -> HP-RO – evaporator – crystallization up to ZLD goal
  • Hybrid RO ZLD

We can use the ash produced by the gasification etc. technologies in cement factories or infrastructure works or fertilize products.
Gasification is an upgrade and update technology that takes place in two (2) phases in two (2) different temperatures in absence of oxygen or limited O2 content, that gives a synthetic gas named syngas. After CIP treatment stage the clean syngas can be burned in hybrid CHP engines to giv thermal and electrical power or in specific designed burner for boiler etc..  
For example, we can start either with biosludge from 600 tn dry sludge (90% DS) per year or from 12.000 tn SRF/RDF per year with 1,2 MW production. With double capacity of SRF/RDF, you can produce 2,5 MW with ONLY 20% capex more.
